The administration of the Parliament falls under the auspices of the Clerk to the Houses. That person is deemed the accounting officer. 
The administrative arm of the Houses of Parliament discharges its responsibilities under four (4) sub- programmes. These include:
  • General Administration
  • Senate House of Representatives
  • Commissions i.e. Integrity Commission and Constitutional Commission

The administrative arm is supported by the:

  • General Management
  • Committee Management
  • Financial Management
  • Human Resources Management
  • Hansard Writing and Editing
  • General Office Management
  • Records Management
